Quality standards

Quality is at the centre of all work that we conduct for our clients and is embedded within the processes that we undertake.  In formal recognition of the standards that have been applied since Perceptive Insight was established in 2006, the company is accredited under the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS).  This means that we adhere to the highest industry quality control standards for recruiting, training, monitoring and assessing the performance of our interviewing team.

In addition to professional training and regular evaluations, a minimum of 10% of all face-to-face interviews and 5% of all telephone interviews are back checked and monitored by the Perceptive Insight supervisory team to ensure that they have been conducted according to the Market Research Code of Conduct and to the high standards we expect from our staff.
