What information do we collect?

We only collect that information which is strictly necessary for our research purposes, and we will only use the information you give us for the purpose to which you have consented.

You have the right to access any data we hold about you, to have your data corrected where it is inaccurate and to withdraw consent to having your data processed. When you complete one of our surveys, you will be provided with a freephone number. If you wish to do any of the above, please contact us on this number to begin the process.

How is your data used?

Where possible, the information you give us will be completely anonymized through the use of reference numbers to track responses and therefore will not identify you individually. In every case, your information is collected and held confidentially, it will not be shared with third parties and will only be accessed by staff working directly on the project to which it pertains. We will only retain data for as long as is necessary to complete the research task.
